This was a private concert of some sort, hosted by the Hollywood Stock Exchange at the House Of Blues. It was an Oscar Party, the night of the Academy Awards. The Crystal Method also played the party. Les Claypool, Jesse Ventura, Patricia Arquette and Beck's future brother-in-law Giovanni Ribisi were in the audience.
The gig was webcast, which was pretty early in the history of internet webcasting, and I believe the bootleg stems from that. (I don't have it though.)
