This was a show in the Little Tokyo area of downtown Los Angeles. The two bands on the poster were DickTit and Waldo The Dog Faced Boy. (Waldo was Tom Grimley's band.)
The singer of DickTit recollects that Beck showed up "to support both of our bands." (Whether that means he went on stage to play, or just was there to watch, not sure. I will assume for now he played because he was famous for doing stuff like that.)
