This was the 15th show of the Night Running tour with Cage the Elephant and Spoon. Tonight, they were in Clarkston, Michigan, just outside of Detroit.
Setlist is from setlist.fm, but it is definitely out of order. I haven't seen a lot, but the few video clips I've seen made it clear that "Saw Lightning" followed "Wow," and setlist.fm does not indicate that. Similarly, "Dreams" and "Girl" were paired together. I've put these together on the list, but am not sure where the rest of the order fell exactly.
Also, from what I've seen, this seems like one of the best shows of the tour, wild and enthusiastic and a total blast.
Since they're in Detroit, home of Iggy Pop and The Stooges, Jason sings their "Search and Destroy" and then they follow it up with some of "China Girl" (famous as a David Bowie song, but it was actually an Iggy Pop song first; they co-wrote it).
Natalie from Wild Belle gets her own verse on "Night Running" in between Beck's and Matt Shultz's. I believe this is the second night she sang with them. (Also, she is a credited co-writer on the song, so it's proper that she's there.) Her brother Elliot continues to play saxophone on a number of Beck's songs ("New Pollution," "Mixed Bizness," and "Where It's At" seem to be the main ones. Maybe "Wow" too.)
