Tonight was the 6th show of the Night Running tour with Cage the Elephant and Spoon.

No acoustic/mellow section of the set tonight; he does do a "Debra" solo on his electric guitar, which I don't think I've heard him do ever before, and I kind of love it. I've never been fully with it as a folk song, but the electric guitar makes it a bit more soulful and sleazy. I hope Beck continues to do this!

During "Where It's At," Beck eventually introduces Marc, but instead of Marc getting to do a cover, he then brings out Matt (vocals) and Nick (guitar) from Cage to do "Night Running" (first time Nick joined them for this).

Beck seems to be in a slightly more casual mood and that just somehow kicks up some of the intensity. The band seems to be clicking quite well now, a week or so into the tour.
