Beck continues with his handful of charity gigs, with a surprise appearance at an event for Swing Left, kicking off the final weekend before midterm elections of 2018. A month before, Beck had done a small fundraiser for them, appearing at a backyard concert with The Bird and The Bee (Greg Kurstin's band). This bigger show also had The Bird and The Bee on the bill, Beck was not listed officially.
The Bird and The Bee's live band also includes Justin Meldal-Johnsen, Dave Grohl, and Alex Lilly. Beck joined them on stage to sing "Where It's At," as he did at that backyard show earlier.
