Notes:
Beck reunites with Smokey Hormel, Justin Meldal-Johnsen, Roger Joseph Manning Jr. and Joey Waronker for a warm-up show prior to a handful of gigs this summer.
Comedian Demetri Martin opened, doing some stand-up.
The band reminisced, mostly about recording Sea Change (setlist was slightly focused on that album), but also gave a brief shout-out to Mutations (their "Baroque period" as Beck called it) before "Dead Melodies." And except for a notable lack of Midnite Vultures (lots in the crowd kept shouting for "Debra"), this setlist was a run through much of Beck's career. They didn't dig too deep (except for "Soldier Jane"), but kept joking how they had so many songs to choose from and couldn't possibly play them all.
