Lyrics:
Vampire Voltage No. 6 [Version (a)]:

I don't know what I want, but I know
That fear is creeping under my bones

And I know that it's time I go
But it's time that's got its teeth in me

And I want you to fix your eyes
On something that could be beautiful

If you could teach me to lose my soul
It's one percent of what I know

La la la la la la la

Vampire voltage in my soul
Vampire voltage rolling around
And rolling

The Song:

"Vampire Voltage No. 6" was a b-side/bonus track during the Modern Guilt era.

I do not know if the 'no. 6' part of the title implies that Beck and Danger Mouse made numerous attempts on the song, or what.

Anyway, "vampire voltage" is the idea that some household appliances may use electricity even though they are not turned on (such as computers or microwaves). Beck quite strikingly uses this idea, but applies it to one's soul.

I'm left with the impression of a devastated person, torn down, only vague remnants left in his soul -- fear, time, memories. And those phantom remnants are what keep him charged.
