This remix of "Tropicalia" can be found on the Red Hot + Rio 2 compilation. Mario C, who has worked with Beck in the past, infuses a bit more of tropicalia into the song, and most notably, Seu Jorge sings some of the verses.
I have not seen the credits, but I think it is a basic remix of the original version of the song. That is, Beck himself hasn't added anything new to the track--his vocals are the same.
