This instrumental appears as a B-side on the "Tropicalia" single. Very bassy and funky, the tune is really quite cool. A variety of lead instruments and sounds keep it interesting over the groovy, repetitive rhythm. Good stuff.

Beck nicked the title from his song "Bottle of Blues," which has the line "eagles drone and pose alone / like black balloons all banged and blown."
