Lyrics:
Ozzy [Version (a)]:

Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy
Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy
Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy
Can I get a little echo on this?
Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy
What does it mean? The fire is green!
The demons still sting from the window!
Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy
Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy
Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy
Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy
Big-league man, the future looks dim
Using the force forever!
Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy
Ozzy, you're the man.
How can I grasp your power?
I'm sittin' here lookin' at this keychain.
And you, uh, there's mascara bleeding out of your eyes.
The microphone is in flames.
And there's a giant chicken bone over your head!
Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy
Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy

The Song:

It is around 1992. You're visiting a small club, having a drink. Beck, a relatively young kid, is on stage with a drummer. The music sounds good, catchy even. He begins to sing, "Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy!" It seems to be an ode to Ozzy Ozbourne. Or more accurately, an ode to an Ozzy Ozbourne keychain. "How can I grasp your power?" Fortunately for others, the performance is being recorded and would be included on Stereopathetic Soulmanure, so the moment could be cherished forever by all.

UPDATE:

Almost unbelievably, someone has uploaded video of the very performance on Stereopathetic:

Live:

Played live 4 times:
Earliest known live version: January 28, 1994
Latest known live version: February 10, 1997

The performance on Stereopathetic Soulmanure is a live recording, but the location and date is unknown, and probably lost forever. It sounds spur-of-the-moment and improvised, so perhaps it wasn't a regular song in the setlist.

A few do pop up that we know about in 1995, one in a long acoustic medley and another played straight (Beck sings "Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy" over the chords of "Asshole" and then throws in the chorus of "Asshole" to finish it.)

On February 10 1997, someone in the crowd shouts for "Ozzy" during Beck's acoustic set. He was about to play "Asshole," but gets derailed. "This is the way 'Ozzy' goes now. We changed it a little bit," he announces before improvising a little country blues tune on his acoustic guitar:
Ozzy was a singer and he sang way back when
Well, he had lots of time and he played them ??
Then he mucked it up, and then he, then he played in the night
Like a bird with no flight and he came around
Now he's, now he's, uhh... doing the Macarena
