The Song:

Mind Wars is a collaborative project between Thurston Moore and Beck. It was released on cassette in limited quantities, and (so far anyway) only sold in Australia when Beck toured there one week in 2012.

The music on the cassette is entirely instrumental, a sound collage basically. It's kind of magical.

Side B is slightly less collage-y than side A, not utilizing so many sound effects as wolves or footsteps or violins or whatever. Instead it seems to mainly consist of electric guitar and synthesizer (?), with occasional percussion underneath. It is intense!
