"Guns In The Sky" is the first song off INXS' album Kick. Beck and his fourth Record Club covered the album in its entirety.
The original song is a metallic throb, and the Record Club plays it very faithfully. Angus Andrew of Liars sings it, which works, as the song does sound Liar-y, with the percussive beats and wall of guitars. The guitar solo in the middle is played by Sergio Dias of Os Mutantes. Beck is just part of the crowd on this one, as he sings backup vocals with everyone, and is one of 4 electric guitars.
