This was a Radiohead concert, and Beck was the support act, though he played a bit longer than a normal opener. It was in the midst of a tour of Europe festivals (mostly); Radiohead was at a lot of them too.

The Information had been finished, and was to be released in two months; so all the songs from that album sound fresh. Nice to hear a live "Elevator Music" here, though maybe this performance is why it wasn't played much.

A recording surfaced in 2014; it is a somewhat distant audience tape, but also clear.
