After playing all summer in 1995 with Sonic Youth on Lollapalooza, and then going to Australia on the Summersault Festival tour with them in January, Beck joins them again--opening the first 10 shows of their My So Called Tour in Europe, all as a solo acoustic set. Sonic Youth truly was an integral part in increasing Beck's success, and truly helped bring up his rep from goofy "Loser" guy.
Unsure if this happened at a venue called Le Confluent, or the Parc du Confluent, a big park on a river.
