Notes: St. Vincent opened the large show, but instead did a DJ set and not a live performance.
Perhaps the biggest non-festival gig of Beck's career (along with his last Bowl show in 2008, which had an orchestra, Spoon, and MGMT), this was a fun night, showing off in particular how adept his band is at playing anything.
Setlist-wise, the show leaned a little into Midnite Vultures, thanks to the inclusion of "Hollywood Freaks" (for Hollywood) and the rarer "Nicotine & Gravy" mashup jam. Beck also brought out Fred Martin's gospel choir, which he seems to save just for special occasions in Los Angeles. Love them! They also were out there for the "Where It's At" run.
