The Song:

"I Want To Take You Higher" is a name we've given a mostly-improvised soul chant jam that Beck frequently uses at the end of live versions of "Mixed Bizness." Beck often also used it to introduce his band while the music played. He started in 2005, and continues to do it up until the present.

The jam most likely derives from "I Want To Take You Higher" by Sly and the Family Stone. The music and spirit is similar, but Beck doesn't sing any other part of the song besides that line over and over. I'm not sure if Sly Stone's version derives from somewhere else as well--it's probably a common gospel soul phrase.
