This is an old school rap song from 1988 by Biz Markie. There is also a newer remake by Rahzel.

Beck didn't really cover it, but he took to singing a little of the chorus in August 2003. Probably because there was usually a beatbox (music with your mouth) section to "Hotwax" during that tour.
