I tried to find if "Thanksgiving In Heaven" is a reference to anything, but it was hard to tell for sure. The phrase itself is used a bit on some religious websites to talk about the literal giving of thanks. Musically, there seems to be a fairly famous Christian tune called "Christmas In Heaven"; also Monty Python has a less-serious song by that name too. Either could've been referenced here!
