Kiss Me Now, Kiss Jesus Later

The Song:

To make it feel more authentic, Beck filled out his Song Reader book with fragments of songs and melodies, and even fictional album collections and made-up song titles. The back of "Heaven's Ladder" lists a collection of "songs from the afterlife" called Ye Midnight Stars and "Kiss Me Now, Kiss Jesus Later" is one of the songs on it.

Many of the titles throughout the book are references to older sheet music songs, but for Ye Midnight Stars, they are mainly humorous phrases involving death, heaven, gospel music, etc. I didn't see any sheet music references for this title, though it certainly easily could be a phrase in gospel music.
