The back of "Heaven's Ladder" lists a collection of "songs from the afterlife" called Ye Midnight Stars, and this is one of the songs on it.
While many of the titles sprinkled throughout Song Reader are references to older sheet music/songs, it seems the titles on Ye Midnight Stars are mostly humorous phrases involving death, heaven, gospel music, etc.
