Most of the song titles on the back of Saint Dude are references to older sheet music/songs. Some of the more humorous ones, like this one, were written by Beck and/or whoever helped him fill Song Reader out. The closest reference I could find was some old 1916 sheet music for a fairly known song called "You Remind Me Of Dear Old Ireland," which I figure they tweaked here.
