In order for it to feel more authentic, Beck filled out his Song Reader book with song fragments and melodies, as well as fictional album collections and made-up album titles. "Larry" is listed as part of Songs Of The Hill Country - Sacred And Native American Melodies.
Many, if not most, of the song titles on the back of "Saint Dude" are references to older sheet music/songs. I couldn't readily find sheet music of a song called "Larry," but the title is pretty generic so it quite possibly was. Also, unsure the connection to it being a part of "Native American Melodies," though probably just trying to be ironic using a very common name (as opposed to more interesting Native American names).
